Owen's Blog is Moving

Well we officially reached our Free Storage limit on www.babywillett.blogspot.ca which has forced me to create a new blog. But I think its fitting as Owen is no longer a baby anymore - but is an active toddler experiencing new adventures everyday. So I decided to title his new blog: Owen's Adventures.  There is a link to his baby blog on the top of the page and on the sidebar so if any of you get nostalgic and want to come back here and look back at pictures of him pre 16.5 months old, that blog is still there! Enjoy!

Come see what Owen is up to on www.owenlovestoplay.blogspot.ca and save it to your favorites or follow the blog!

Playdate & Reading books!

On Saturday we went for a playdate at Owen's friend Ksenia's house.  Owen loved Ksenia's little sofa. They sat there together so nicely. Here is a picture of Owen trying to give Ksenia a kiss!

I had my hands full here!

Ksenia just became a big sister 2.5 weeks ago. This is her baby brother Luka.  Owen looks huge compared to Luka right now but they are only 15 months apart.  They will likely be good playmates once Luka gets a big bigger.

Owen enjoyed chilling on Ksenia's sofa turned hidabed

Owens is taking more and more of a liking to books lately. He grabs them and reads to himself. His favorite book is "Say Goodnight". Here are some pictures of him reading it.  He gets us to read it to him over and over and over again.  Good thing is is only 5 pages long with one sentance per page, lol!

Owen is becoming very affectionate lately. He loves to give hugs and kisses. Here he is hugging his teddy bear.

Halloween

Owen had a great Halloween this year. Even though it was technically his second Halloween, it was the first one that he got to go trick or treating. We went to about 12 houses on our street. At each house he woudl march up to the door and wave hello. He was curious to see inside each persons homes and in some homes he walked right in and went down their front hall! He loved grabbing candy out of the dish and putting it in his bag. He really seemed to be having a good time.

This is a picture taken at a Halloween event on Oct 29 at the Oakville Parent Child centre:
